In the exercise of the powers under sub-rules (2) of rule 1 of the Delhi Electricity Reform (Transfer Scheme) Rules, 2001 and sub-rule (2) of Rule 1 Delhi Electricity Reform Transfer Scheme (First Amendment) Rules, 2002, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint July 1, 2002 as the date on which the said Rules along with the amendment shall come into force.
